Pregnancy Resource Centers of Central Oregon (PRCCO) is currently seeking an Executive Director to join our team since our current Director is retiring. The ministry of PRCCO focuses on protecting the unborn and equipping moms and dads through support and parenting education. The ideal candidate is an individual who is a strong believer committed to growing and serving Christ while also being active in their local church and community. The Executive Director leads an organization that is making a positive impact on families in the Central Oregon area. The Executive Director oversees the day-to-day operations of the organization, including managing finances, staff, volunteers and the facility. The director ensures that programs are high quality. The Director also provides leadership, direction, and support to the Board of Directors in developing a strategic plan and organization goals, attaining/allocating and managing resources and establishing policies. Potential candidates must have a desire and a commitment to educate the community about the center’s ministry with the goal of seeking donor participation and involvement. While not essential, an understanding of the culture of Central Oregon will be helpful.

Pregnancy Resource Centers of Central Oregon (PRCCO) is located in Central Oregon, a high desert in the heart of Oregon. The greater Central Oregon area is community minded and we have a good hospital system, St. Charles hospitals, in all the towns where our centers are located. We have a regional airport and we are a 2 1/2 hour drive to Portland, Salem, or Eugene. Central Oregon offers many choices in outdoor activities as well as food, arts and culture. There is much work to be done for life, for families, and for the kingdom. This is our mission field and where God has called us to live and to minister.

PRCCO is always looking for dedicated volunteers to serve as Receptionists, Client Advocates, Fatherhood Coaches or to serve in a variety of other opportunities. In office volunteers generally serve 4 hours per week and training is provided.
Other opportunities to serve outside normal Center hours or specialty assistance is needed for Church Liaisons, Graphic Designers, Computer, Admin and Technical Support. All applicants must be over 18 years of age and agree to our statement of faith.
PRCCO offers unpaid internships to qualified individuals who are interested in serving at the Pregnancy Resource Center. Interns will gain valuable work experience and resume building opportunities. All internships are non-paid and are built around the current needs of the organization and the skills an intern has to offer or desires to develop. Interns must be 18 year of age and agree to our statement of faith.
